12mR Wessel & Vett Cup 2019
From the 6th. to the 8th. of September this years "Wessel & Vett Cup" will be held in the waters out off Skovshovede Harbor. The Organizing Authority is Royal Danish Yacht Club- KDY - in conjunction with the International 12mR class Association (ITMA).

Below is the NoR for the 12mR European Championships 2019 in Skagen and Marstrand (Attached).
The Championship is held over to periodes with the first in Skagen(Denmark) form the 23-25th. of August.
The second period is held i Marstrand(Sweden) from the 30th. of August to the 1st. of September 2019.

25th Robbe & Berking Sterling Cup 2019 - Glücksburg and Dyvig
25th Jubilee of the Robbe&Berkig Classics Sterling Cup will take place from the 13th to the 18th of June.
Notice Of Race (NoR) is attached below. Sail Club: Entry online deadline is the 13th. of May.
The 6 regatta days are structured as follows.
Course-Race: Glücksburg the 13th to 15th of June
Fetch-Race: Glucksburg to Dyvig the 16th. of June
Course-Race: Dyvig the 17th to 18th of June
12mR SPRING CUP 2019 - WISMAR
From the 30th of May 30 to the 2ed of June 2019, the Organizing Authority, Yachtclub Wismar and the 12mR Yacht Club, Northern European Station, Copenhagen will host the 12mR Spring Cup for the first time.

Last weekend, Vanity V. and Vim got a good start of the season. The weather gods were with them, and both Saturday and Sunday offered optimal conditions for 12mR sailing.
ROAD TO THE WORLDS WAYPOINTS Series
May 22, 2017 - – The International 12 Metre Class (ITMA) has released locations and dates for the ROAD TO THE WORLDS WAYPOINTS Series, a three-year international 12 Metre (12mR) yacht competition starting in May of 2017 and culminating with the July 2019 12 Metre World Championship in Newport, R.I. Teams racing at specific WAYPOINTS-designated events in Northern Europe, Southern Europe and the Americas will be awarded points for both their participation and performance. At the culmination of this 29-regatta series, the 12mR team with the greatest number of points overall will be awarded the Waypoints Cup at the 2019 12 Metre World Championship Awards Ceremony. “The ROAD TO THE WORLDS WAYPOINTS Series is designed to encourage participation and competition among the 12mR yachts around the world and encourage present and prospective 12mR owners and charterers to compete in the 2019 12 Metre World Championship,” said Peter Gerard, Vice President of ITMA’s Americas Fleet. “Much like the FED EX Cup and Road to Dubai in golf, we expect interest to build over the next two seasons leading up to the four final regattas in 2019.” The ROAD TO THE WORLDS WAYPOINTS Series kicks off this summer with inaugural events both in the United States and Europe. In North America, ten 12mR yachts (along with sibling International Rule 2.4mR, 6mR and 8mR yachts) will compete at Newport MetreFest 2017, held in conjunction with New York Yacht Club’s 163rd Annual Regatta (June 9-11). The first Southern Europe fleet WAYPOINT event is the glamorous Les Voiles D’ Antibes in France (May 31-June 4), and the first Northern Europe fleet WAYPOINT event is the Kiel Classic in Germany (June 17-19), where a large fleet of Vintage 12mR yachts is expected to race. Vanity V. - Birthday
"The 31/08/2016 was a special day for a very special beauty - Vanity V 80th years birthday. It was a fantastic time on the water. A race with good company from Dyvig to Glücksburg - and yes, she is still a fast and bonnie lady - William Fife would be proud see her in this wonderful shape. Two charming owners, a very happy race crew and many other 12mR friends joined the party with champagne and fine food. Fair winds for the next 80 years. Cheers."
